Managing Otter Assistant

If you have enabled Otter Voice Assistant and have noticed the assistant being present in your Zoom, meetings (Otter Assistant signed in as a participant is the default setting), you can change this default behavior by following the steps below.
Once signed into the Otter application, select Account Settings under your profile tab.

Select the Meetings tab in the Settings menu. Make sure your Meetings settings match what is below:
  • Auto-Join all meetings is OFF
  • Email: Notify the host 24 hours… is NOT selected.
  • Enable auto-share for meetings recorded with Otter Assistant is NOT selected
  • Enable auto-share for meetings recorded with Otter web or mobile app is NOT selected
  • Chat: Post the Otter link as an in-meeting chat message visible… is NOT selected
