• Registered with SDRC
• Continuing UCR Student

Preferred Qualifications

• 3.0 or Higher GPA
• Submit Budget to include medical expenses

Wilma Holladay Requirements

• Registered with SDRC
• Undergraduate
• Permanent physical disability
• Permanent California Resident
• GPA 3.0 or above
• Demonstrated need for financial assistance
• Transfer student (if no eligible transfer student applies, the scholarship will consider a continuing student)

Priority Consideration

• Enrolled Full Time
• New Transfer Students (please attached transcripts of previous institutions if you are new to UCR)

Dr. Sonia Blackman Requirements

• Registered with SDRC
• Undergraduate or Graduate
• Merit based on a comprehensive evaluation of of an applicant's social and academic achievements
• Financial need
• Continuing UCR Student

• Enrolled Full Time
• Students with strong overall met, such as but not limited to GPA, contributions such as holding campus leadership positions, participation in clubs or other activities, advocacy work, service or community commitments, research activities, or other extracurricular or experiential obligations.
